As some of you know, I just started working at Chase Bank (like my papa) and I am absolutely loving every minute of it. I am learning so much and realizing how much I want to make a career out of this. I can really see myself staying with this company for years and making a name for myself as a dedicated, loyal employee.
Due to this new job, I'm being worked 20+ hours a week, on top of finishing up Winter term at Portland State. This term as been an easy one, fortunately, and I haven't done so bad. In fact, I've been getting great grades on my essays and I'm very proud of myself because I'm expecting to really up my GPA with this term and grades I earn.
Jesus is busting through his term. He's got classes that include Biblical Traditions (a required course for going to private Catholic school, he would NEVER choose this. Hahaha.), Metaphysics, and Physiology. I'm so proud of him for being able to take on these incredibly tough courses and continue to work 20+ hours at Pastini and bring in a steady paycheck.
We have each been trying to accomplish P90X everyday. If you haven't tried this, WOW! It is one hour a day of complete agony, but I oddly, HIGHLY recommend it! I feel so great about myself once that hour is complete. I usually end with a cold shower that really makes me feel great. Today is day four, and due to my 9.5 hour day of training, then to dance team practice, I'm going to have to skip today. I will make an honest effort to complete two hours of it tomorrow to keep up. We'll see how I do with that ;)
